Puma888 believes that betting should be an enjoyable source of entertainment, not stress or a burden. We provide the tools, guidance, and support you need to stay in control and enjoy every gaming session responsibly.
All these tools are available free of charge within your account. We built them not because we had to, but because we genuinely care about our players' wellbeing.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once a limit is set, our system enforces it automatically. Any request to increase the limit requires a 24-hour waiting period to ensure decisions are made with a clear head.
Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to accept within a given period. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to continue wagering until the limit period resets. This helps you stay within your planned budget without being swept up by emotions during play.
Set a time limit for each of your gaming sessions. The puma888 platform will send you a reminder when you have played for the duration you specified. This helps you maintain a healthy balance between entertainment and your other daily responsibilities.
Need a short break? Activate the self-break feature to suspend your account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in or place any wagers, giving you the space to think clearly and rest easy.
For players who need more serious support, the permanent self-exclusion option is available. Once activated, your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to register a new account. This is a decision we respect fully and carry out without question.
Monitor the full history of your gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals within your account. These detailed reports help you understand your spending patterns and make a more objective assessment of your gaming habits over time.
Many people enjoy online betting as a fun form of entertainment — much like watching a film, playing video games, or other recreational activities. Problems only arise when betting begins to exceed the boundaries of entertainment and starts to dominate a person's thoughts and finances.
At puma888, we understand this reality well. Our platform is built not only to deliver great games, but to ensure every player can enjoy that experience without unnecessary negative consequences. That's why we invest seriously in a comprehensive and easy-to-use responsible gaming programme.
The key to healthy gambling is self-awareness. You need to be honest with yourself about why you play, how much you can afford to spend, and how you feel during and after a session. If the answers to these questions start to concern you, that's a sign it may be time to step back for a while.
Puma888 never encourages players to play beyond their means. We will not send offers or promotions targeting players who have shown signs of problem gambling. Our programme is designed to proactively identify concerning play patterns, and when necessary, our team will reach out to the player concerned with full respect and empathy.
One important thing to remember is that asking for help is not a sign of weakness. Many people who have successfully overcome problem gambling started with one small step — acknowledging that they needed help. puma888 is committed to being part of the solution, not part of the problem.
If you play on puma888, we want you to remain a happy, in-control, and responsible player. If at any point something feels off, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team or use any of the control tools available in your account. We're here to help — without judgment, without pressure.
Always remember: If the money you use to play is money that should be going towards basic necessities like rent, bills, or food — that is a sign you need to reassess your gaming habits. Responsible gaming starts with putting your essential needs first.
Puma888's responsible support team is available via 24/7 live chat on the platform. If you would like to discuss concerns about your gaming habits privately, we're ready to listen and guide you to the appropriate help.
Gambling problems rarely appear overnight. They usually begin with small changes in behaviour that you may not notice at first. Here are some warning signs to watch out for in yourself:
If you identify two or more of the warning signs above in yourself, we encourage you to contact the puma888 support team or use the self-exclusion feature in your account immediately.
Reflect on the following questions honestly. An honest answer is the first step towards greater self-awareness.
Have you ever played using money meant for basic necessities such as bills, rent, or food?
Have you ever felt the need to bet larger amounts each time just to get the same level of excitement?
How do you feel after a session where you've suffered heavy losses?
Have people close to you ever expressed concerns about your gaming habits?
The questions above are for personal reflection only. If you are uncomfortable with your answers, that is a positive signal that you are self-aware and ready to make a change. puma888 is here to help.
It's easy for a gambling company to say they are committed to responsible gaming. What's harder is implementing it consistently, especially when it may mean sacrificing some short-term revenue. At puma888, we make that difficult choice every day.
We limit advertising to high-risk individuals. We train our support team to identify and respond appropriately when players show signs of a problem. We integrate protection tools directly into the platform without hiding them in hard-to-find corners. We do not encourage players to chase losses or play beyond their limits.
This is not just a policy — it is a core value that shapes how we build and operate puma888. We believe a healthy gambling industry should prioritise player wellbeing over short-term profit, and we want to set an example for the industry on how that can be done right.
To every puma888 player out there — thank you for trusting us with your entertainment and leisure time. We don't take that trust lightly. Play smart, set your limits, and always remember that this platform will be here for you for your next enjoyable session — there's no need to rush or play beyond your means.
The puma888 Responsible Gaming Programme was developed alongside industry experts and clinical counsellors to ensure the tools and guidance we provide are genuinely effective and relevant to the needs of Malaysian players.
Our responsible support team is ready to listen and assist you at any time via live chat on the platform.
